Pip Bolton
Director/Founder
Pip has been working in Northland Engineering and Architectural consultancies for over 20 years. Her innovative thinking and broad experience and unique solutions are invaluable on every project.
Qualifications: NZCE (Civil Engineering), Registered Architectural Designer (ADNZ).
Justine Lapper
Managing Director
Justine is a project and change manager with many years’ experience in government, retail, education, health and construction industries.
She’s a PrINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner and an accredited Change Manager.
Kate Dyer
Junior Partner/Senior project manager

Kate brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate facilities management and the education, commercial and retail sectors.
She enjoys the early planning stages, conducting site condition assessments and assisting with 10YPP drafting. Kate’s work builds opportunities for Northland students and their future.
Rebecca Flood
Senior project manager
Rebecca, a former teacher and experienced administrator, brings a unique perspective to project management. Her educational background has instilled in her the importance of clear communication and effective planning – vital skills in project management. At Avail Pacific, Rebecca leverages her extensive experience to support the team in delivering successful projects for our community.
Sven Wright

After completing a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a post graduate qualification in Project Management, Sven brings a broad and useful knowledge base to the team. Sven has a background of mechanical, design and industrial engineering as well as delivering both small and large scale projects in the commercial construction field. Delivering quality projects while improving the environments in which local tamariki learn is his main focus and what Sven finds most rewarding.
Greg Machin

Greg has been in the building industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience in all areas of the building industry including project delivery of medium to large construction projects. Greg brings a wide range of specialised construction knowledge, from practical to detailed building code and delivery requirements. Greg is looking forward to meeting you and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Blake Chalmers

Blake has a come from Quantity Surveying consultancy background, based in Auckland and has worked on large projects, from remediation to large new build commercial. Blake is born and bred in Northlands Bay of Islands and is passionate in delivering meaningful projects for local communities.
Morgan Armstrong
Project Coordinator
Morgan has previously worked for a local council as a part of their administration team. Morgan is a key part of the team, utilizing her administration and organisational skills. She loves seeing the positive outcomes in her community.
Vicky Hart
Project Administrator
Vicky brings with her experience from a range of industries: travel, hospitality, and parliamentary services, plus a BSc in Psychology and Biology.
As a parent, she enjoys supporting the team to build innovative and educational facilities for our children and communities.
Vicky lives by the values: learn, support, enable.
Susan Flanagan
Project Administrator
Susan returns to an office environment after spending 7 years starting a family and caring for her elderly parent. Her unashamed love of spelling and maths, makes her ideal for her role in administration. Susan’s office experience encompasses a variety of settings including engineering and interior design. A passion for providing excellent customer service and an eye for detail, make Susan a valuable member of the Avail Pacific team.
Mareva Bunton
Project administrator
Mareva has previously worked in a customer service industry as well as part of an administration team for a local council. She brings strong organisational and team management skills, along with communication skills. Mareva is part of the project delivery team, and will support our project managers ensuring all projects are delivered in timely manner.
Trish Miles
Administrator
Trish’s background is across the hospitality and health and fitness industries. Her practical experience in many roles brings a fresh perspective and wealth of knowledge to the team. Trish has both BA and BCom degrees, is a qualified chef, personal trainer and pilates instructor.
