Pip Bolton

Director/Founder
Pip has been working in Northland Engineering and Architectural consultancies for over 20 years. Her innovative thinking and broad experience and unique solutions are invaluable on every project.

Qualifications: NZCE (Civil Engineering), Registered Architectural Designer (ADNZ).

Justine Lapper

Managing Director
Justine is a project and change manager with many years’ experience in government, retail, education, health and construction industries.

She’s a PrINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner and an accredited Change Manager.
