Justine is a project and change manager with many years’ experience in government, retail, education, health and construction industries. She’s a PrINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner and an accredited Change Manager.
Sibby’s worked in the building industry for over 30 years. Coming up through the Māori Affairs Trade Training Scheme, he then worked in the Far North District Council as Senior Building Controls Officer.
Sibby brings fresh skills and knowledge to the team and is passionate about local community projects.
Kate brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate facilities management and the education, commercial and retail sectors.
She enjoys the early planning stages, conducting site condition assessments and assisting with 10YPP drafting. Kate’s work builds opportunities for Northland students and their future.
Working for the last 5 years in council has been a huge period of growth for Taka. He completed the Diploma in Building Surveying and gained experience in RES 2 and RES 3 processing, COM 2 inspections and a deep knowledge of policy, process and compliance.
Taka supports the team throughout the project management process and loves seeing the positive outcomes in his community.
Vicky brings with her experience from a range of industries: travel, hospitality, and parliamentary services, plus a BSc in Psychology and Biology.
As a parent, she enjoys supporting the team to build innovative and educational facilities for our children and communities.

Trish’s background is across the hospitality and health and fitness industries. Her practical experience in many roles brings a fresh perspective and wealth of knowledge to the team. Trish has both BA and BCom degrees, is a qualified chef, personal trainer and pilates instructor.
Passionate about sustainability, Judith completed a BSc in International Business in the Netherlands before coming to NZ.
Specialising in procurement and working closely with the project delivery team, Judith loves working with people committed to sustainable education development. She’s a creative thinker with a practical solution-based approach.
Susan returns to an office environment after spending 7 years starting a family and caring for her elderly parent. Her unashamed love of spelling and maths, makes her ideal for her role in administration. Susan's office experience encompasses a variety of settings including engineering and interior design. A passion for providing excellent customer service centred around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a “people-first” attitude, and an eye for detail, make Susan a valuable member of the Avail Pacific team.
