Pip Bolton


Pip has been working in Engineering and Architectural consultancy practices within Northland for 20 years. This gives her a broad overview of project requirements across both disciplines.


Qualifications: NZCE
(Civil Engineering); Registered Architectural Designer (ADNZ).

Justine Lapper

Managing Director

Justine is an experienced project/change manager with years of government, retail, education, health and construction industry knowledge. She is a PrINCE2


(Projects IN Controlled Environments) practitioner and an accredited Change Management Practitioner.

Chris Sutherland

Business Mentor

Chris has worked as a consultant in the construction industry for over 50 years. A past President and Life Member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Building, he mentors new industry entrants, plus professionals who own/manage consultancy businesses.

Sibby Maihi

Senior Project Manager

Sibby has worked in the building industry for over 30 years. After an initial introduction to construction through the Māori Affairs Trade Training Scheme, he has been more recently employed by Far North District Council as Senior Building Controls Officer.

Sibby uses his skills and knowledge to complement the team and facilitate new, exciting projects for our local communities.

Kate Dyer

Project Manager

Experienced in corporate facilities management and in project delivery within the education sector, Kate brings to the team project management skills and enthusiasm across education, commercial and retail sectors.

Involved in early planning stages, conducting site condition assessments and assisting with 10YPP drafting, Kate is also involved through procurement
and delivery, working closely with Sibby and Judith to make a difference, increasing opportunities for students that will improve the future of the Northland region.

Trish Miles


Trish’s background is across hospitality and health and fitness industries. With BA and BCom degrees, and as a qualified chef, Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor, her roles have ranged from practical to managerial, administrative and educational.

Trish helps keep projects on track and the paperwork under control.

Judith Breedveld

Junior Project Manager

Passionate about sustainability, Judith completed a BSc in International Business in her homeland of the Netherlands before coming to NZ.

Specialising in project procurement and working increasingly closely with Kate and Sibby on project
delivery, Judith loves being part of a team committed to sustainable education development, thriving in the versatility of working in a creative and solution-oriented manner.
